Our People Team strives to revolutionize human resources in the same way that Picnic has revolutionized grocery delivery. We are looking for someone to take responsibility for the development and organization of one of our teams in the office/commercial, analytics, or tech domains. We’ll decide together which team you will be assigned to, depending on your experience and interests.
Your responsibilities will vary from conducting reviews, working on people-related projects, and having development conversations with our teams. You’ll demonstrate an understanding of the business and act as a thought leader regarding people topics. You’ll partner with a cross-functional group of experts to design and execute the strategy for how your assigned team staffs, onboards, develops, rotates, motivates, retains, and organizes.
