As a Talent Sourcer with a proven track record, you’ll fit into our fast-paced rhythm with ease. You’ll thrive when taking responsibility and will use all available tools at your disposal to find and attract the best candidates in the world. You have great writing skills, get super excited about finding the right profiles, and understand the best way to get candidates interested in the challenges that Picnic has to offer. You understand the profiles we’re looking for and know how vital it is to hire the right people. With your experience in sourcing and tireless ambition to become a sourcing expert, you’ll assist the recruitment team and bring in the best talent. 

🎯 What you’ll do

  • Work closely with recruiters to deeply understand the requirements of our roles and how they fit into the organization
  • Use the latest search techniques to identify, engage, and activate passive potential candidates for multiple roles, through the use of Boolean, LinkedIn, and alternative sourcing platforms
  • Source potential candidates for different teams, namely Strategy & Analytics, Supply Chain & Operations, Technology & Engineering or People & Finance
  • Use your creative freedom to play a pivotal role in strategizing different ways to build talent pipelines for current and future hires
  • Execute on tactical research, referral generation, talent mapping, events, and sourcing campaigns
  • Collect and use data to analyze market trends and adapt sourcing strategies
  • Recommend and drive improvements that positively impact talent pipelines
  • Be a true Picnic ambassador and increase visibility across multiple platforms and communities


⭐ About you

  • Bachelor’s degree holder in Psychology, HRM, or similar
  • Affinity for sourcing (relevant experience is a plus!)
  • Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks
  • Can-do attitude and the eagerness to always seek improvements
  • Willing to think outside the box and solve challenges in a creative way
  • Great verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to detail)
  • Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn other social media is a huge plus
  • You have the right to work in the Netherlands/EU
