Whether it’s our automated warehouse, the app that supports our delivery colleagues, or our ever-expanding fleet of electric delivery vehicles, you’ll design products that empower employees and deliver real business value.

As a self-motivated product designer, you enjoy translating complex problems into effective solutions. Working in an environment with frequent user-testing and a rapid feedback loop, you’ll thrive on designing products that balance user insights with tangible business goals.

🎯 What you’ll do

  • Operate within highly complex systems to deliver effective, user-focused solutions that fulfill business needs
  • Take design ownership of products 
  • Use qualitative user research to make effective design decisions. Keep the user test funnel filled with design proposals to ensure we are always learning and iterating
  • Take projects all the way from problem analysis to UI details and documentation, using your end-to-end design skills
  • Support our talented developers to ensure the best UX code
  • Validate data-driven hypotheses together with our product owners and business analysts
  • Improve and continuously explore new ideas—design is never done! 

⭐ About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Industrial Design, Product Development, or similar 
  • 0-2 years of experience as a Product Designer
  • 2+ years of working experience in a start-up, scale-up, or product-focused environment 
  • Enthusiastic about designing digital products and working on complex challenges
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Experience with design and prototyping software
  • Fluency in English (Dutch is a bonus) 
  • Eligibility to work in the Netherlands

Work-life balance
