🥜 In a nutshell 

The Automation of our supply chain processes sets the foundation to facilitate our immense growth. We are currently developing multiple highly automated warehouses, sizing over 40,000 square meters with the capacity to deliver groceries to over 150,000 families per week! After a successful opening of our first Automated Fulfillment Center (FCA) in Utrecht, we are starting to develop and build our first brand-new FCA in Germany next. Our Fulfillment Centers are the heart of our operations where our shoppers pick groceries for thousands of customers, from the early morning until the late evening. From there, the picked groceries are sent to our hubs, from where they are delivered to the customers with our electric vehicles. At this time, we are still in the building phase for this FCA. Being there from day one makes it extra special, this will be an exciting challenge for all of us!

We are looking for someone to take a leading role in this project and start as our Installation Manager. You would play a key role in the coordination of all the on-site contractors and people working on the construction site at the same time. You will coordinate the various teams and in this way ensure an optimal and smooth flow of processes.

🎯 What you’ll do

  • Taking ownership over the construction, and optimization of our new FCA
  • Coordination of all on-site contractors 
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders concerned with the construction of the Automated FC
  • Planning of weekly stand-ups to combine all parties and create detailed plans of the upcoming steps and how to facilitate each other
  • Improving layouts and developing processes
  • Constantly keeping the big picture in mind and ensuring that everything runs smoothly

⭐ About you

  • A university degree, preferably in the field of Civil Engineering, or a similar technical or engineering department
  • 5 + years of experience in site management, site leadership, etc.
  • Excellent German and English skills
  • Leadership skills: You know how to motivate and coach your team and have already gathered your first leadership experience
  • Communication: You have outstanding communication skills and a confident personality
  • Drive: You have a get-up-and-go attitude, aren’t afraid to help out where help is needed, and don’t shy away from any challenges
