With a key role in our rapidly-growing company, you’ll help build the best milkman on earth by hiring new colleagues for our Strategy & Analytics team, in other words: best analytical minds out there. You’re ready to become a Picnic ambassador and ensure a smooth recruitment process for each candidate. 

 🎯 What you'll do

  • Find and hire exceptional business analysts together with your fellow recruiters and sourcers
  • Lead the end-to-end recruiting process, from CV screening to final negotiation, and give sharp assessments of candidate's skills, performance and potential fit for Picnic
  • Build a robust pipeline of top candidates for immediate or future onboarding
  • Develop innovative strategies to find new talent by getting involved in a wide range of initiatives: from sourcing to networking to helping in events set-up and partnering with different universities or associations 
  • Partner up with your (international) analytics recruitment team and the talent sourcers to work on new strategies on how to attract the best talent for Picnic 

⭐ About you 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in fields such as (but not limited to) Psychology, Social Sciences, Human Resources
  • 3+ years of experience as an in-house or corporate recruiter, preferably in a start-up environment and/or in an analytics domain 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
  • Stellar writing, speaking, and listening skills in English (any other languages are a plus)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, curious and driven to go the extra mile in finding the best analysts out there
  • Ability to manage the stakeholders by keeping them up to date and together with them finding best ways on how to staff their teams 
  • Strong focus on quality of the analyst profiles that we do need, as well as great assessment skills
