🥜 In a nutshell 

Join us as a Technical Product Manager in one of our platform product teams and shape the way we build software products here at Picnic! Because we build most of our software in-house, you'll have full ownership over design, development, operation, and analytics. 

Our Network Team plays a fundamental role in accelerating our expansion ambition and maintaining a high-quality and network ecosystem. The Network Team is responsible for all the networks in Picnic. From the office network and Wi-Fi to building out network infrastructure in our European fulfilment centers, and ensuring high available connectivity to the public cloud via Picnic’s internal WAN.

🎯 What you’ll do

  • Take full ownership of a platform product, including vision, ideation, development, launch, growth, and maintenance
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with our product teams and business stakeholders
  • Build and support your team to excel in a rapidly growing tech scale-up
  • Conduct user research and comparative market analysis, and build a deep understanding of the needs and wants of our developers
  • Identify opportunities and define continuous improvement programs
  • Lead through example and influence without authority—be part of our culture! 

⭐ About you

  • Experience in a scale-up or start-up environment (ideally as a product owner/manager) with a relevant tech background in a product or platform organization
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, or other relevant field
  • Knowledge of software development processes, a passion for shipping great platform products, and a high level of curiosity for learning
  • Working knowledge of routing and switching and good understanding of high level network architecture
  • Understanding of the TCP/IP Stack and protocols or services such as BGP, OSPF, L3/L2 VPN, IPSEC, 802.1Q, 802.11ac, DHCP, DNS
  • Experience with public cloud networking and working with 3rd party network connectivity providers
