As an experienced analyst at Picnic you own end-to-end projects, from getting the right insights out of data till implementing those action points in the real life (listen to our colleagues' testimonials about their role here). You will be faced with a steep learning curve by working on complex projects, challenging the status-quo and impacting the business model cross-countries, while coaching and sharing knowledge with our junior talents. You’ll work with multiple stakeholders from our offices in the Netherlands, Germany, and France and challenge the world of online grocery industry today.
You’ll work on a wide range of projects which can vary from supply chain optimization problems to pricing or assortment strategies, to store efficiency (we're an app-only model, imagine how much we can improve out there through data) to tech analytics and so on. You develop solutions for challenging problems with the help of advanced analytics methods - from conception to modeling to handover to implementation. You use your knowledge of optimization, mathematics, statistics, machine learning, data science to derive important insights for a wide variety of topics (e.g. in domains like Fulfillment, Distribution, Commercial, Customer, Technology). You'll work with stakeholders from Germany, The Netherlands and France and drive innovation everywhere. As you come in with more experience, your coaching and knowledge sharing skills would be an amazing add-on.
