If you're up for the challenge of taking Picnic across the whole Germany and help scaling up the modern milkman, then make sure you talk with us!

🥜 In a nutshell

Did you know that...

  • we are a Dutch company founded in 2015 and active in The Netherlands, Germany and France, counting 1000+ talents in our central offices and more than 17 000 talents in operations across three countries?
  • we build 25+ tech products in-house and 20+ AI/ML projects like drop times optimization (read here), article demand forecast or personalization on the previously purchased articles?
  • we operate with a fleet of electric vehicles (read here), build most of our supply chain in-house (read here) and do only next-day delivery that allows us to set up a sustainable supply chain model?
  • we raised €600M in our Series D round of funding to further build and grow the best milkman on earth?

As a (Senior) Manager Supply Chain Analytics at Picnic Hamburg, your role is twofold: on one hand, you're using your exceptional analytical skills to drive projects from conceptualization to implementation in different areas of Picnic's business model; and on the other hand, you steer the expansion and the scale up phase of Picnic in the Hamburg region, challenging the traditional industry of groceries with a disruptive business model and tackling the food waste world problem by putting data and tech at first.

🎯 What you’ll do

You’ll work on a wide range of projects and concepts which can vary from supply chain optimization problems to pricing or assortment strategies, expansion of our operations in the Hamburg area and many more. You'll have the chance of driving innovation everywhere and be the one setting up Picnic in Hamburg.

You’ll be one of the very first contributors and part of the kick-off team in Hamburg. We already have established teams in Dusseldorf, Amsterdam and Paris, and you’ll work closely together with them to scale up the new region. You're still wondering if this is the right role for you and you'd like to hear more about the role? Send an e-mail with your CV to our recruiter Cristina (cristina.ciorici@teampicnic.com) and she'll tell you more about the role or will put you in contact with one of our Lead Analysts to ask all your questions. (Please make sure that you fit the requirements in the "About you" section. This would be a short info-call - we can only count applications via the form below as valid).
