🥜In a nutshell
We are looking for a Supply Chain Inbound Operator & Planner to work on inbound challenges, in collaboration with our Supplier Management, Forecast & Ordering and Operational teams. You will be the go-to person for all tools (Google Sheets) that support the operational inbound processes. This will include both maintenance of current tools and development. You will work together on a daily basis with Supply Chain Coordinators, Supply Chain Operators and Fulfilment Analysts. There is enough potential to grow in this role and extend your scope to challenging projects, for example to improve our inbound forecasting and our forecasting towards our suppliers. We are looking for someone who is structured, critical and responsible. You will have the opportunity to work from home, our Düsseldorf Office or our Fulfillment Centers (FCs) within NRW.
🎯What you’ll do
- Maintain tools (mainly Google Sheets incl. app script) that support operations;
- Develop and improve current Google Sheets to make them more robust;
- Extend use of tools to other FCs and countries;
- Create new tools to increase efficiency;
- Create and improve tooling and processes for the inbound forecast shared with our Fulfilment team (planning) and suppliers (ordering).
⭐About you
- Preferably a Bachelor or Master degree related to Engineering;
- Fluent in English (German for bonus points);
- 0 to 4 years of relevant experience;
- Experience with working in Excel and Google Sheets
- First experience with programming in Google App Scripts (JavaScript);
- Affinity with technical tasks and complex challenges (e.g. forecasting/ordering)
