🥜 In a nutshell

Our Customer Success team makes sure our customers receive the best possible service day in day out. The team passionately helps customers in every situation and is committed to making our customers happy. It is not a coincidence that Picnic’s Customer Success team can take credit for several awards. For this big team it is quite a task to get the planning right, let alone make this an efficient process. Perfect planning ensures we have exactly enough capacity to be able to give our customers the best possible service, which is why it is such a vital process. Do you want to be a part of this amazing team and set up and improve the scheduling process for all three countries Picnic operates in? Then this is your chance!

🎯 What you’ll do

As the new Planning & Systems Associate for our Customer Success teams in the Netherlands, France and Germany, you work on creating a planning process that is as efficient and accurate as possible. By understanding the current set-up of different processes, you can easily flag bottlenecks, and you are not afraid to make changes to the current way of working. With your creative and pragmatic approach you turn these bottlenecks into smoothly running processes. You also love to challenge yourself by mastering the tools you need for planning and by continuously trying to improve your sheets and the planning process. With the data gathered by the forecasting analysts you take a look at the future planning, making sure the team can react to any difficulties in a timely manner.

You will be based at our Headquarters in Amsterdam, and since you will be working closely together with the teams in Germany and France, a nice added bonus is that you get to visit the offices there every month!

Are you up for the challenge of making the schedules for the CS teams in three countries and ensuring this process is as smooth and efficient as possible?
