🥜 In a nutshell 

As the Lead for our Learning & Development pillar in People Operations you will be responsible for learning and development programs to grow our global talent (Netherlands, Germany, France). With the aim to drive an engaging and inspiring journey in which our ever growing team of 10,000+ operational employees and 500+ operational leaders can develop effectively.

 

🎯 What you’ll do

  • Review and manage the L&D roadmap. With goal to improve our current onboarding journeys, internal and external trainings and leadership development curriculum
  • Review and manage the roadmap for the Picnic Academy (our E-learning platform) and improve the platform accordingly
  • Manage international L&D Operations team with 5+ FTE (content creators, trainers, coordinators) and work with a wide range of stakeholders e.g. Operational Leadership, HRBPs.
  • Design strategic framework and process for learning needs collection per role
  • Design success metrics, gather quantitative and qualitative and iterate accordingly
  • Based on learning needs, design a wide range of trainings / (e)-learning offerings
  • Source and manage relationships with vendors and co-create content where relevant
  • Facilitate trainings and while doing so improve the quality of our trainings and trainers (~20% of your time)

 

⭐ About you

  • Strong passion for learning and development of people and desire to grow the impact of L&D within Picnic 
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, experience working in a global learning and development program (design, facilitation, blended learning) is a plus 
  • Experience working within an operational environment and with operational leadership is a plus
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills; you have the ability to translate data for different audiences
  • You are a strong collaborator - you easily built networks and know how to work closely with your key stakeholders to create impact
  • You have an analytical mind - you easily digest insights from data and interaction with stakeholders. Have the ability and desire to structure into scaling frameworks.
  • You have full professional proficiency (written and verbal) in English and Dutch.
  • Willing to travel to different locations to gather information and implement projects
