🥜 In a nutshell

We are looking for a full time junior designer to supercharge our recruitment efforts, to maintain a pool of 10,000+ employees. With the primary focus on shaping and building an iconic employer brand for our operational workforce. A truly essential part of Picnic’s growth in the Netherlands, Germany and France.

🎯 What you’ll do

Your goal is to design the most engaging campaigns that directly speak to our (potential) employees and ensure all our assets across multiple channels are in line with our employer brand. 

  • Create and update campaign assets, both digital (eg. social media, website) and print (eg. posters, leaflets) 
  • Ensure brand consistency across multiple channels and help shape the future of our employer brand
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to build both online and offline campaigns that create awareness for our operational job roles
  • Work together with the entire recruitment marketing team to ensure and engaging candidate journey throughout our recruitment process
  • Work together with our performance marketeers to adopt an overall analytical approach to design by testing and validating your designs either through user test or A/B testing online
  • Research employer brand trends and conduct competitor reviews to keep the team up to date

⭐ About you

  • Degree in a relevant graphic/visual/multimedia design field
  • 2-4 years of experience as a visual designer
  • Solid online portfolio showing a keen eye for detail paired with lots of creative flair
  • Expert in Photoshop, experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator are a plus
  • Experience in creating recruitment marketing / employer branding content is an advantage
  • Self-starter with a “roll up your sleeves” attitude, comfortable to lead and to follow
  • Eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Affinity for illustration and experience with animation are a plus but not a must
  • Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
