🚀 What will you do as a Team Lead?
A Team Lead, or “Captain” as we say at Picnic, is responsible for leading a team of Shoppers and ensuring a healthy working atmosphere where people are working together towards the same goal. You're responsible for the wellbeing of your team. When something appears to become a problem, you know how to fix it in no time! Together with the other Captains and the Supervisor, you ensure that the goals of the day are achieved.
You’re supporting a group of Shoppers with their personal development, taking the time to listen to them and providing help where needed. As you’ll be the one who knows your team the best, you’ll be responsible for their reviews, providing feedback about various aspects of their performance. As a Team Lead, you’ll create a real team spirit and make working at Picnic feel like a party!
💪🏻 What makes you the ideal Team Lead?
- Strong ability to motivate and coach team members.
- Strong ability to ensure a healthy working atmosphere.
- Available for 32 to 40 hours per week and flexible in working hours (FYI, Team Leads start at either 5:00am or at 2:00pm)
- Available for at least 4 out of 8 weekend days (per 4-week period)
- Fluency in English (and preferably also in Dutch)
