Picnic is developing a real estate portfolio that includes hundreds of locations ranging from large-scale robotic fulfillment centers to small last-mile delivery hubs in Germany, the Netherlands, France, and future countries that we are targeting.

The responsibilities of the Construction & Real Estate team start with the acquisition of land and rental properties to the signing of contracts and the development of those buildings into functional fulfillment centers and innovative hubs. We have an eye for technical building requirements, know how to make every construction project a success, and enjoy taking ownership of our challenging and innovative building & equipment projects!
